Bond Payment & Cancellation Policy


Payment


We are asking that all new and current patients supply a credit card number to be kept on file. This credit card will not be charged unless you cancel, reschedule, or no-show. 


Payments will be charged at the time of scheduling or at the time of service.


Authorization to Charge. By using the Booking Services, you hereby agree Bond has the right to automatically charge your credit card (or other payment method) for the applicable fees or charges, plus any applicable taxes.


Cancellation Policy


If you booked an appointment in advance and cancel within 24 hour hours – a $50 fee will be charged to your credit card on file.


If you book an on demand appointment and cancel within the first 15 min there will be a 

$50 cancellation fee. If you cancel after 15 min, a $150 cancellation fee will apply. A missed appointment that is not cancelled will result in a $400 charge.

In the event that the medical professional is unable to perform the booked services due to circumstances outside of the patient’s control or for reasons other than the patient’s medical condition or health, you will not incur any cancellation fee and we will reschedule you as soon as we can.


In the event that the practitioner is unable to perform the booked services due to (1) your current or previous medical history, condition, or reason, or (2) due to circumstances outside of the practitioners control after the insertion of the needle, you will receive a credit or refund for the full amount of the services scheduled, if you were charged, less a medical examination fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
